Not only are these guys raising funds to send thousands of pounds of nuts to CBS in an attempt to revive Jericho (yet another series killed off before given a real chance) but now they've confirmed that CBS is not just discarding the nuts but is instead sending them off to troops overseas and possible donating them to local food programs.

Thanks for writing about NUTS for JERICHO. I'm glad to see that CBS is finding good use for the peanuts. I hope the CBS execs will also realize that the popularity of shows and loyalty of fans can't be measured by the old-fashioned rating system. JERICHO deserves another chance!
